Meet the founder

Shannon Worley started Nice Kitty Media because she kept meeting writers with wonderful books and nowhere to take them. She reads every submission herself, works closely with every author, and gives every title a real launch. Her favorite books make kids laugh and grown-ups think, and she is building a small list of exactly those.

Why “Nice Kitty”?

Because nice isn’t the same as tame. We’re warm to work with, open about the business, and bold about the stories we back. Nice Kitty Media is the book-publishing sister of Nice Kitty Films.
